I’m a writer and the head of CBC’s White Coat, Black Art and The Dose podcast. My Master’s degrees are in English Literature and Journalism and I’m fluent in English, French and German, having lived in France as an au pair and Germany as a university lecturer. I’ve led national radio news programs and created the acclaimed programs Babel, Saving Strangers and The Pronoun Shift. My journalism has garnered Gracie and New York Festivals Radio Awards.
I’ve also lived in Ghana, Tanzania and Ethiopia and am currently writing a novel split between France and Mali. My hometown is Fruitvale, B.C.
You forgot to mention your musical gifts. Colleen Ross plays the piano at an advance level and enjoys singing.
